What is the Emporium?

The Emporium is AOII's official merchandise program, which offers over 500 AOII items to sisters throughout the United States and Canada. The Emporium was established in 1982 as a service to our collegians and alumnae. Members needed a place where they could order high quality, reasonably priced merchandise. We are owned and operated by AOII. The Emporium is unique in that all proceeds help to fund various AOII educational programs and offset administrative costs. Our goal at AOII Emporium is to offer quality merchandise, excellent customer service, convenience, and competitive pricing. Most Emporium orders are made through our catalog, which is distributed each year to our members. Shoppers can also visit our store in AOII International Headquarters.

Shipping and handling

Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please provide a complete street address, as UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a post office box. Your order will be processed within 48 hours and you should receive it within ten business days. We will inform you immediately if an item is out of stock and when it will be available. Orders must be received 12:00 noon CST (Monday-Friday) for same day processing. For express delivery, orders must be received by 12:00 noon CST (Monday-Friday). Standard shipping charges will apply. 3 Business Days: $12.00 additional, 2 Business Days: $20:00 additional, Next Day Air: $30.00 additional.

Returns and exchanges

The Emporium guarantees quality merchandise! We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of original condition (unworn and unwashed) merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send your merchandise back to us along with the completed return/exchange form and the invoice/packing slip. For exchanges, please include $8.00 for return shipping and handling.
